About the event
During the two-hour workshop, you will thoroughly understand sourdough bread making. You will learn how to substitute baker's yeast with wild yeast in your bread baking at home.
This workshop is designed in a demo style and is suitable for individuals of all experience levels. The session will cover topics such as caring for, feeding and discarding a sourdough starter, as well as the process of making sourdough dough, forming and shaping a sourdough loaf, and ultimately baking the finished product.
There will be a taster session during the workshop when will be held to provide you with the opportunity to sample various types of bread. This will help you identify your preferred bread types and explore the possibilities of creating your own bread at home.

The price of the workshop includes:
- 2h cooking demo class and fun

- A cotton bread bag to store your sourdough bread in at home.
- A scoring knife
- A mature sourdough starter to make your sourdough recipes at home forever.
- All facilities, equipment and ingredients are included
- The recipe booklet will be emailed to you after the class
- 2 months of online support upon completion of the workshop
